    Clavister NetEye has arrived!

Ready to see what you’re missing?

Clavister’s new NetEye Advanced Threat Protection gives true SSL inspection to see threats hiding in encrypted traffic and allows you to truly protect your customers

Encryption—be that from HTTPS websites or other sites—is great for privacy and trust but a growing challenge and threat for security. Why? Because Gartner and other experts estimate that up to 50% of malware is being smuggled into networks through encrypted traffic meaning that your firewall is totally blind to these threats. The first reaction would be to add SSL inspection in the firewall but that’d be a mistake as throughput would be massively compromised—NSS Labs estimates between 60-80% drop—forcing the expensive and complex solution to add more firewalls.

There’s a better, more cost effective and flexible way to answer this dilemma: having Clavister NetEye analyze this traffic by decrypting, inspecting, re-encrypting and alerting to threats and taking action, both by allowing reporting through Clavister InCenter to the administrators. Traffic is not just scanned, suspicious executable files being downloaded can be sent to Clavister SandBox Cloud for detonation outside the perimeter. Clavister NetEye—either the appliance, virtual or cloud version—works alongside any firewall and can be scaled to fit almost any customer size or need with cost effective solutions that can be as little as 1 EURO per month per user.
